Everyone seems to be spending tons of money buying the latest super hyped supplements on the market to help with muscle growth and weight gain.  Super supplements like Cytonox, Cryotest, Mass Tech, Prototype 216 and many many others are being used like no tomorrow with very few  showing the promised results.

Where are all the results?  Well, the truth of the matter is, bodybuilding supplements are like the health food plans that you see on TV.  They are ineffective loads of nothing that keep you running back for more with no results and a lot less money. 

If these supplement actually worked, every time you walked into the gym you see a bunch of beefed up people walking around.  But you don’t.  You see mostly people just like you, struggling to get through the workout.  Another fact is, if supplements worked, you wouldn’t be reading this right now.

Supplement advertisements promise you that if you take their product, you have increased levels of testosterone, hormones, GH production and so on.  There is no way to supplement your body with these products safely and get the results that the product producer promises. 

The facts are this, when you start overdosing your body with supplements, you inadvertently start to over train.  When this happens things like micro tears in the muscle, depleted glycogen levels, depleted creatine and tendon damage occurs.  This puts you right back to where you started.  No muscle growth and a lot of money spent.
